Organizer and Leadership Standards: Respect the Original Intent: Don't Tamper with other events
Converting Healthcnxt groups or events, changing Healthcnxt group or events, or adding Healthcnxt events, so they no longer align with the expectations and purpose set by the organizer and leadership team, is prohibited on the grounds that is misleading.
The intentions of the Healthcnxt events and groups should remain generally consistent with member expectations. While Healthcnxt often evolves and changes over time, changes should be agreed upon by group membership and well-communicated, so people can make informed decisions about their continued participation.
Organizer and Leadership Standards: Converting
It is prohibited to step up as organizer to a Healthcnxt event or group in order to change the focus of the group, to close the group, to send or post promotional content, or to send or post content not aligned with the original description of the Healthcnxt event or group. If it is your intention to change the meaning or purpose of a Healthcnxt event or group, we advise that you start a new Healthcnxt event or group instead. If a Healthcnxt event or group gets a new organizer, the mission of that event or group should stay the same. Events or groups in Healthcnxt groups reflect intentions expressed in their descriptions.
Organizer and Leader Standards: Tampering
It is prohibited to alter the content or settings of a Healthcnxt event or group without permission form the main organizer, or in a way that is not aligned with the purpose of that Healthcnxt event or group. Any use of Healthcnxt tools or features to disrupt the group or destroy content for the purpose of undermining or undercutting the established community is a violation of our policies.
Organizer and Leadership Standards: Message Respectfully: Don't Spam Members
Content sent to a member that is irrelevant, impersonal, unsolicited, promotional or repetitive is spam. The following are examples of inappropriate spam messages sent by organizers:
  • Sending repetitive or unsolicited messages
  • Sending messages to an organizer that do not relate to that group or event.
  • Abusing Healthcnxt announcements or invite features by repeatedly inviting others of whom's interest may not be relevant.
  • Creating groups, events or accounts for the purpose of cross-promotion without Healthcnxt consent.
Organizer and Leadership Standard: Use Respectful Language
Using profanity in an attacking, sexual way, or in a way intended to offend people, is prohibited in Healthcnxt, or any other area that is publicly promoted or viewable on the Platform.
Organizer and Leadership Standard: Be Clear & Professional
In order to provide quality experience to our members, titles and group names in Healthcnxt are to be relevant, useful, and easy to understand. Excessive or improper use of punctuation, symbols, capitalization, spacing, URLs, or repetition, intended to grab attention from a title, will need to be edited.
In an event in which an organizer is charging a fee to join their event, the fee or price must be stated in the title and/or event description and must be clearly visible to any potential attendees. We consider the following examples to be excessive or gimmicky use of numbers, symbols, puncutation, repetition, or spacing: !!PICK UP!!, P*I*C*K*U*P, PiCkUp, p i c k u p, or p1ckup
Organizer and Leadership Standard: Intellectual Property
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Posting content that violates another party's intellectual property right is prohibited.
When provided with the requisite information, Healthcnxt will remove or disable access to material that infringes on the intellectual propety rights of others or remove accounts of those who may be repeat infringers.
